Thanks for joining Infinite Auctions. This agreement explains the rules of the floor in plain English. By creating an account you confirm you've read and agree to it. We've tried to keep it short and friendly, but the parts in bold matter — please read them carefully.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You agree the information you provide at signup is accurate, and you'll keep it current. We may verify your identity at any time — including before releasing a won lot.

Every bid you place is a binding offer to buy at that price. Bids cannot be retracted. If your bid wins, you are obligated to complete the purchase, including the 22% buyer's premium, applicable taxes, shipping, and any other fees disclosed at checkout.

Bids are straight bids only. The amount you enter is the bid that stands — Infinite Auctions does not place proxy or maximum bids on your behalf. To raise your position you must place a new bid that meets the next minimum increment.

Selected lots may be offered at a Buy It Now price. Clicking Buy It Now sends you directly to Stripe checkout; payment is required at that moment to complete the purchase. Once a Buy It Now purchase is successful, the lot is closed and no further bids will be accepted.

Buy It Now remains available throughout the auction until the current bid meets or exceeds the Buy It Now price. While a buyer is completing a Buy It Now checkout, new bids on the same lot are paused for up to 15 minutes.

Infinite Auctions has the right to place disclosed or non-disclosed reserve bids on lots, at its sole discretion. All items with reserves not met will be disclosed after the auction. By bidding, you accept this practice and waive any return request or dispute based on the existence, level, or operation of a reserve.

Bids placed within the last 60 seconds of an auction will extend the clock by an additional 60 seconds. The extension applies repeatedly — every bid in the final minute resets the closing window — so the lot closes only after a full 60 seconds passes with no further activity. When the clock reaches zero with no further extension, the highest valid bidder wins. Server time is authoritative.

A 22% buyer's premium is added to every winning bid (and Buy It Now purchase). Payment is due within 10 days of auction close.

ACH bank transfer (US Bank Account) is our primary payment method and is required for any lot above $5,000. Credit cards may only be used on lots of $5,000 or less and carry a 3.5% processing fee added to your total. Failure to pay may result in suspension or account termination, plus any costs we incur to recover the amount owed.

Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax (based on your shipping address) are added at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any additional duty fees, tariffs, customs charges, or import expenses related to international shipments, and for any reshipping costs that result from refused, undeliverable, or incorrectly addressed parcels.

We stand behind every item we sell. Photo-matched lots include the matching service's Letter of Authenticity. Game-used items include a chain of custody when available. Any authenticity dispute must be raised in writing within 30 days of delivery and substantiated by a qualified third-party authenticator.

All sales are final; period — unless Infinite Auctions, at our sole discretion, chooses to issue a refund. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, perceived value, market movement, condition assessment differences from photos, or because a reserve was — or wasn't — in place.

Your identity is shielded from other bidders. The public bid history shows only anonymous labels (e.g., Bidder #014). Your name, contact, and address are visible only to Infinite Auctions admins and to the carrier when shipping your won lot. See our privacy practices in the Rules page for more.

Infinite Auctions may cancel a bid, void a sale, suspend an account, or refuse service to anyone — at our sole discretion — for fraud, abuse, shill bidding, non-payment, or any conduct we deem incompatible with the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Auctions' total liability for any claim related to a lot, bid, payment, reserve, or sale is limited to the amount you actually paid for the lot in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

If we have a disagreement, please email info@infiniteauctions.com first — we'll try hard to make it right. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by binding arbitration in the State of Arizona under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

We may update this agreement from time to time. We'll post the new version with an updated effective date. Continued use of your account after a change means you accept the updated terms.
