Infinite Auctions Rules
Bidder Registration: In order to bid online at Infinite Auctions you must register to bid at www.infiniteauctions.com. If you cannot remember either your user ID or your password then click on the lost or forgot user ID or lost password link to have that information sent to your email. If you have further difficulties call our offices for further assistance or send us an email at info@infiniteauctions.com.
Bidding: Registered users can bid online during public auctions offered by Infinite Auctions unless the user’s registration has been revoked or suspended per the discretion of Infinite Auctions. ALL BIDDERS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE CREDIT CARD ON FILE IN ORDER TO BID. This protects both our bidders and consignors as it ensures that all participating bidders have confirmed their identities before bidding and it helps maintain the integrity of the bidding process for all parties involved.
Minimum Bids: If an item ends with a single bidder then that bidder is the winner of that lot, unless the item has a reserve.
Minimum Bid Increase: All bids will be at least 5% higher than the current bid.
Max Bids or Ceiling Bids: Max/Ceiling bids are generally set to the highest amount that a bidder is willing to pay for a lot. When executing a bid of this type the user is instructing the auction software to competitively bid on your behalf up to a certain amount while still attempting to win the lot at the lowest possible price. All ceiling/max bids will be executed by our auction website software.
Reserves: Reserves are intended to ensure that a lot is sold for no less than the consignor's absolute lowest desired sell price. Infinite Auctions reserves the right to place a reserve or an active reserve on any auction lot. WITHOUT LIMITATION OR RESTRICTIONS INFINITE AUCTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACTIVATE RESERVES AND PLACE RESERVE BIDS. Infinite Auctions reserves the right to choose whether or not to list met and unmet reserves during and after the close of the auction. Infinite Auctions reserves the right to place bids on any lot whether for purchase or for reserve purposes without exception.
Extended Bidding: Extended bidding will begin at the end of a regular auction session and this session will end after a 15 minute period of time has passed without any further bids on any auction lots. ALL BIDDERS ARE ALLOWED TO BID ON ANY LOT DURING THE EXTENDED BIDDING SESSION.
Winning Bids: All winning bids are binding and contractual under both United States and Arizona State Law. Bidders will be notified via email if you are the high bidder, outbid or win any auction lot at Infinite Auctions.
20% Buyer’s Premium: There is a 20% buyers premium that is added to the winning bid amount of each auction lot at Infinite Auctions. The buyer of each lot is responsible for paying the buyer’s premium and there are no exceptions for any reason.
Invoices: All invoices will be sent via email to the email address that was entered by each bidder during their initial bidder registration process.
Payments: Payment is due within 7 days of the sending of the invoice via email to the email address that is registered to your Infinite Auctions user account. We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, certified checks, money orders and wire transfers from customers within the United States. CALL IN OR EMAIL A REQUEST TO COMPLETE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT VIA SECURE EMAIL INVOICE FOR ORDERS THAT ARE $2,500 OR LESS. Please note that there is a 3.5% credit card processing fee that will be applied to your invoice. All of the previous mentioned types of payment outside of wire transfers will require a 10 business day holding period for clearing of payment (no exceptions). ALL INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A WIRE TRANSFER and your purchased item will be shipped on the following business day. Wire transfer customers within the United States can request wire transfer instructions via email or by phone.
FAILED PAYMENTS: IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF INVOICE, THE PURCHASED ITEM(S) WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CONSIGNOR(S) AND YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BUYER'S PREMIUM AND YOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE SIMPLEAUCTIONSITE BANNED BIDDER LIST AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BID IN ANY OF OUR FUTURE AUCTIONS. ALL FAILED PAYMENTS WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS.
Shipping: Winning bidders and buyers are responsible for all expenses related to packaging, shipping, freight, crating, custom/duty fees and shipment related insurances.
Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds will be issued. All auction lots are purchased AS IS and there will be no returns for any reason on any lots or items sold at Infinite Auctions.By bidding in any auction provided by Infinite Auctions all parties agree that any disputes with any auction and or this agreement shall be settled by arbitration in Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. All parties involved in any auction or agreement mutually agree to waive the right to sue Infinite Auctions in any court and proceed with arbitration as remedy.
Arizona Residents Sales Tax: Arizona residents will be required to pay Arizona sales tax on all purchased lots.

No verbal or written advice or information obtained by user or bidder from Infinite Auctions shall create any warranty or guarantee of any kind.
No Hacking/Tampering/False Bidding: Infinite Auctions has the undeniable right to cancel, withdraw or suspend any user, bid, lot or auction without dispute or legal retaliation.
