This is a Notre Dame game used NCAA helmet that is autographed but not worn by Paul Hornung. This game worn helmet shows outstanding use. There are scratches and gouges throughout the helmet and the inside shows signs of tremendous use as well. The signature is accompanied with a letter of authenticity from JSA.
