Los Angeles Angeles outfielder Mike Trout wielded this Old Hickory MT27 bat when he slammed career home run #102 off Texas Rangers pitcher Anthony Bass in an April 26, 2015 game. It was Trout’s fourth dinger of the still very young season. Behind 0-2 and the count, Trout took a line drive to deep centerfield. This bat has a black barrel and natural handle, and has been signed in silver ink, “Mike Trout 15 G/U.” To the left of his autograph he has added, “HR #4 vs Tex.” PSA GU 10 and accompanied by an Anderson Authentics LOA. In our opinion this item appears to show characteristics of game use. Trout’s been named to the American League All-Star team four times, was the 2012 AL Rookie of the Year, and won the 2014 AL MVP Award (while finishing second in the voting his other three seasons). A rue five-tool player excelling in speed, power, and fielding, he has drawn comparisons to another great outfielder — Mickey Mantle. This is a great opportunity to add a piece of autographed, game used memorabilia from a player who one day, in the far future and following a stellar career, very well may be a Hall of Fame inductee.
