On September 25, 2001, the Washington Wizards signed 38-year-old living legend Michael Jordan. Presented is a game worn jersey donned by MJ during that season.
All numbers, logos, patches, and the name appear to be proper and accurate. The jersey has the appropriate 9/11 ribbon patch in commemoration of the September 11 terrorist attacks on the United States. In our opinion this item appears to show characteristics of game use. Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from noted memorabilia expert Dave Miedema. Having coaxed him out of retirement, Jordan became the team's points-per-game leader during the season. He also led the team in assists per game.
