King James had an incredible game with 31 Points, 8 Rebounds, 5 Assists, 2 Steals & 2 Blocks. These shoes were donated to Akron Children's Hospital by the LeBron James Family Foundation. The item is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity from Akron Children's Hospital. The shoes show clear signs of use that are characteristic of shoes worn in a single game. The shoes have player sample promo tagging ("PROMOSAMPLE20120424") and the rear of the gold Nike swoosh is cut as seen in the game photography along with the aftermarket KEVLAR high end laces.
