This white 1997-98 Utah Jazz home jersey was worn by The Mailman, Karl Malone, during the 1997-98 NBA Finals. In our opinion this item appears to show characteristics of game use, with a Finals patch on front left shoulder. This Champion brand jersey has a Size 52 jersey (Body Length +3) tag as well as Utah Jazz Exclusive team tagging. Malone helped the Jazz finish first in the Midwest Division with a 62–20 record on their way to the postseason and ultimately the Finals, where they faced Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls in what would be Jordan’s season in Chicago. Malone was a two-time NBA Most Valuable Player, a 14-time NBA All-Star, and an 11-time member of the All-NBA first team. He scored the second most career points in NBA history (36,928) and holds the records for most free throws attempted and made, in addition to co-holding the record for the most first team All-NBA elections in history.
