After 13 spectacular seasons in Indianapolis, Peyton Manning missed the entire 2011 season due to a neck injury. Despite suggestions that his career might be over, the legendary quarterback started the final chapter of his career the following season in Denver, and the ending was a record setting masterpiece. This home orange #18 jersey was game-worn by Manning in the December 12, 2013, battle with San Diego, in which the gunslinger threw for 289 yards and two touchdowns. This beauty shows nice use and bears the Captain's "C" patch on the right breast, numbers sewn on each shoulder, and his name sewn on a plate above the number on back. Collar tagging indicates size 46, and includes 2013 year tag and official NFL Nike On-Field collection with serial number and "O-BK" designation. This crisp, gorgeous specimen includes LOAs from Panina and the Broncos, a beautiful memento from a season that would end with a run to the Super Bowl. Two seasons later, the All-Time Passing leader would go out in style, retiring after his second Super Bowl title.
