Now imagine that piece has been signed one of the greatest NBA stars of our generation — Kobe Bryant. You don’t need to use your imagination any longer. Here is an official NBA game basketball signed in black Sharpie, “Kobe 24.” The ball is stamped “LAKERS 2012-13” and shows a very solid amount of use. This treasured keepsake originated from a Utah Jazz team source, but for some reason Kobe’s signature was deemed inconclusive by JSA although it appears to be perfect in every way. At the age of 34 years and 104 days, Bryant became the youngest player in NBA history to reach 30,000 career points, and is the all-time leading scorer in Lakers franchise history. Among his many other accolades are two gold medals as a member of the United States’ men’s basketball team during the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.
