Presented is an Adidas [size] 54 game-used Sunday alternate jersey worn by Kobe as he dazzled crowds during the 2007-08 NBA campaign. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered and on the right chest is a 60th Anniversary embroidered patch. Across the chest of the pullover garment reads, “LAKERS,” and the number “24” appears on both the front and on the back with “BRYANT” properly placed across the shoulders.. The tail features tagging for size 54 as well as those for “2007-2008” and “Length +4.” In our opinion this item appears to show characteristics of game use. The jersey is accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from the Los Angeles Lakers, DC Sports and JSA. Bryant earned regular season MVP honors for the 2007-08 season, playing in all 82 games and averaging 28.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game. The son of former NBA player Joe Bryant, Kobe played his entire 20-year career with the Lakers. He entered the NBA directly from high school and won five NBA championships with the Lakers. Bryant is an 18-time All-Star, 15-time member of the All-NBA Team, and 12-time member of the All-Defensive team. He led the NBA in scoring during two seasons, and ranks third on both the league's all-time regular season scoring and all-time postseason scoring lists. He holds the NBA record for the most seasons playing with one franchise for an entire career.
